Access and use of SG Gallery
are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable
laws. SG Gallery Inc. may revise these terms and conditions from time to
time by updating this posting. SG Gallery will use reasonable efforts to
include accurate and up-to-date information on SG Gallery. All users agree
that all access and use of SG Gallery and its content is at your own risk.
SG Gallery will not be liable for any damage arising out of your access,
use, or inability to use SG Gallery, or any errors or omissions in the
content thereof. SG Gallery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
at anytime for any reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
User expressly agrees that
use of SG Gallery is at User's sole risk. Neither SG Gallery, nor its
affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or agents, third-party
content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors (collectively,
"Providers"), or the like, warrant that SG Gallery will be uninterrupted or
error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be
obtained from the use of SG Gallery, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or
currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided
through SG Gallery.

Under no circumstances shall
SG Gallery or any other party involved in creating, producing, or
distributing SG Gallery be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability
to use SG Gallery, including but not limited to reliance by a User on any
information obtained from SG Gallery or that result from mistakes,
omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects,
viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance,
whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft,
destruction, or unauthorized access to SG Gallery's records, programs, or
services. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all
content, products, and services available through and from SG Gallery.
COPYRIGHT
The entire content (images
and text) of SG Gallery is copyrighted and may not be distributed,
downloaded, modified, reused, re-posted or otherwise used except as provided
herein without the express written permission of SG Gallery Inc. Be advised
that all product names, unless otherwise noted, are trademarks of SG Gallery
Inc. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other
materials, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited.
FRAMING
All frames and frame images
used by SG Gallery supplied by (TBD) Framing - Coming Soon.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from SG
Gallery are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk
of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the
carrier.
ART SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
TO SG GALLERY
Due to a large
volume of artist submissions, strict guidelines exist for gallery review and
failure to follow this art submission procedure will eliminate you from the
review process:
Art Portfolios
should contain:
A minimum of five
images of recent work accompanied by titles, dimensions, and medium.
We accept high
quality photos or high quality digital printouts of artist's work only. We
will not review artwork recorded onto CD-ROM, floppy disk, or otherwise.
Artist biography
listing previous/current exhibitions and representation, significant sales
(and prices), education, et cetera.
Portfolios will
only be accepted through the US Postal system and cannot be hand-delivered
and no overnight mail will be accepted.
Art
Portfolios will not be returned, under any circumstances. Do not send any
material that you want returned.
SG Gallery
will contact the artist with any questions or interest. Artists are strongly
discouraged from calling.
Refund, Change and Return
Policy
You may return Portraits ordered from SG Gallery within 14 days from your receipt of delivery for a 100% refund of price of the painting. We will refund 100% of your purchase if you return your painting within 14 days of delivery date. Refund, Change and Return Policy for Prints Limited Edition Signed Print in Canvas, Matte Paper, Lustre Paper or card Stock No refunds allowed for Prints. Request to change an order If you have suggestions after the order has been processed, contact us and we will contact the artist. Given the progress of the painting, the artist will provide recommendation. Did you receive a damaged or defective item? If you receive a damaged painting, return your order to SG Gallery within 3 days of your receipt and we will fix the painting or provide a new painting. You cannot request a painting of a new image (new photo). Only a painting of the original image may be redone. IMPORTANT: SG Gallery will send to its customers an email with the photo of the painting for an approval. We will attempt maximum 5 emails and 2 phone calls within a 15 day period. If we do not receive a reply or a phone call back within 15 day period we will either proceed with your order as approved or cancel the order at our discretion and return your money. APPLICABLE LAW By visiting SG Gallery, you agree that the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SG Gallery or its affiliates. PRIVACY STATEMENT Access to and use of the SG Gallery website and its contents are subject to the disclaimers, terms and conditions set forth below, and all applicable laws and regulations in the United States, including all applicable export laws, regulations and restrictions, all of which are subject to change and revision from time to time without prior notice. SG Gallery reserves the right to terminate access to this website or take other actions it reasonably believes necessary to comply with the law or to protect its rights. The user acknowledges that electronic

acknowledges that SG Gallery does not guarantee such events will
not take liable for any such occurrences. The user shall be solely responsible
for ensuring that any information or content downloaded from the SG Gallery website or any other website accessed from the
SG Gallery website does not contain any virus or other computer software code
or subroutine designed to disable, erase, impair or otherwise damage its
systems, software or data, and the user shall indemnify, defend and hold SG
Gallery harmless from any liability, claim, cost or damage arising
